Michael was born into a very successful real estate family with 70+ years of expertise handling high level residential and commercial transactions throughout Southern California and the world. You could say real estate is in his blood and he was in a unique position to learn all aspects of the business while regularly working with his family on multi-million dollar deals. As a child, he remembers then California governor, Ronald Reagan, soliciting money at the Holmby Hills estate of Michael's family when he ran for President of the United States and won. Los Angeles Mayor, Tom Bradley, was a close family friend and gave his Aunt away at her wedding. A few years ago, the City of Los Angeles dedicated a day in Michael's family's honor for their 50+ years of civic outreach and financial support of the community. This honor didn't surprise Michael at all given his family had always taught him that 'family & community first' were the focal points for success in life and real estate. All that being said Michael has never received one dime of financial support from his family. The only thing they ever gave him was a mop and a broom and told him that if wanted anything that he was going to have to work for it and he hasn't stopped since the age of twelve when he managed to convince a building contractor to hire him. That started his relentless work ethic which guided his quest to always be self reliant. As a highly motivated and independent young man, Michael took the California state real estate license exam course and passed while still in high school. His dream was to create his own legacy separate from his family's. However, while in college, he was discovered by a modeling agent and became one of the world's top fashion models traveling the world working in over 150 different countries. During this time, he bought and sold several personal and income properties, which deepened his passion for real estate and set the stage for him to return to the business once again as a Realtor. After 35 years of working in the entertainment and real estate industries, Michael has made friends with some of the biggest names in sports, entertainment, business and politics. His vast knowledge of art, architecture, construction, design and today's social media gives him additional advantages in the world of real estate whether you're selling, buying or investing. Further, Michael's strategic and creative negotiation skills set him apart ensuring that sellers and buyers get the best deals. Growing up in Southern California is an added bonus to Michael's wealth of knowledge about neighborhoods and people from all walks of life.
